This week's Plant of the Week is a North Texas favorite for good reason!

Evergreen? Check. Drought tolerant? Check. Pollinator friendly? Check. Deer resistant? Check. Even edible? Yep.

Its beautiful blooms rise above the foliage for months, attracting bees and butterflies while asking for very little in return.

Tough, reliable, and surprisingly versatile, it's one of those plants that earns its spot in the garden year after year.
