Notable Projects

Tarrant Regional Water District

Rainscape Demonstration Garden

  • Description:
We were contracted by Tarrant Regional Water District to design and install a 16,000 square feet rainscape demonstration garden at their facility. The project demonstrates efficient irrigation, sustainable landscape design, proper plant selection, and stormwater control drainage through a 2,100 square feet rain garden, three mock elevations of homes, permeable concrete, as well as proper turf selection and maintenance.

North Texas Municipal Water District

Low-Impact Development Landscape

  • Description:

Designing a low-impact-development landscape for the North Texas Municipal Water District showcased effective stormwater management and water-efficient plant material. Features include a rainwater harvesting cistern as well as rain gardens and bioswales.

Texas A&M AgriLife Research and Extension Center 

Ornamental Destination Garden

  • Description:

Our team co-designed and managed construction and maintenance of a 2-acre ornamental destination garden which incorporates best management practices of design, plant selection, and landscape water use. 64,000 gallons of above and below ground cisterns provide irrigation for a diverse selection of native, adapted, and edible plant material in a formal landscape design with adjacent bio-swales.
