Plant Replacement Policy

(aka the “Oops, That Died” Plan)

We truly want your plants to thrive—and we’re rooting for you (literally). Our unwavering goal is to help you succeed! If something looks off, don’t panic. Call us, swing by, or email a few photos to feedback@rootedin.com. We’ll take a look and help troubleshoot to find a solution.

Now, the Fine Print

(cue serious voice)

Our guarantee doesn’t cover damage from over-loving your plant (i.e., too much water), ghosting it (too little), planting it sideways, or battles with bugs, blizzards, or blazing heat. Texas weather, anyone? We’re a budding business and just can’t take the heat for the state’s erratic weather patterns, or other folks’ goofs. (other folks, not yours, we would never accuse you!) 😉

Our Commitment to YOU

While we don’t offer an official warranty, the vast majority of our customers have great success growing our plants—season after season. Our reputation depends on it and we pray it speaks for itself. Why? Because we take a very detailed, holistic approach to our carefully curated inventory.

We only sell the toughest, Texas-adapted plants, hand-picked to thrive in the heat, drought, freezes, and challenging soils of North Texas. And we never sell invasive species that might creep into your neighbors’ yards or nearby hiking trails.
