Whether you’re just branching out or already knee-deep in fig leaves, you’ll leave with practical know-how to help your harvest be truly Texas-sized and fig-tastic! Rudy will also have some of his favorite figs available for purchase throughout the day!

Join John Wright of Two Doves, Bees, and Gardens for a lighthearted journey through the history, myth, and cultural significance of the fig. From ancient gardens to modern backyards, John will peel back the layers of one of the world’s oldest cultivated plants—with plenty of fig fun sprinkled in for good measure. PLUS John will also offer up his favorite fig cultivars for sale, giving you the chance to grow the varieties he loves most!
