This week's #PlantOfTheWeek is one of the toughest — and prettiest — native perennials around. It blooms its heart out almost year-round, thrives in full sun to part sun and shrugs off our clay soils, drought, and cold snaps like it’s no big deal.

People love it. Pollinators can’t resist it. And it might just be the easiest native to grow in North Texas.
